Jake Shephard

Jake was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology with minor’s in Chemistry, Math, Physics, and Spanish. Upon completing his studies at U of A, Jake immediately began working as a superintendent for a custom home builder, building homes in DC Ranch and Paradise Valley. He continued his studies at Arizona State University earning a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. Over the next 10 years he held several executive management positions within the construction industry. These positions allowed Jake to see every facet of the construction process from raw land to finished home. In addition he has developed trusting relationships with trades and created quality driven teams that prove to be successful. Working and residing in Scottsdale for 45 years, Jake has developed a reputation as being one of the most honest, hard working, and knowledgeable individuals in the construction industry.

Nicole Shephard

Nicole was raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She attended the University of Arizona and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Nicole continued her education at Arizona State University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Upon obtaining her RN license she began working in labor and delivery. The nursing field allowed her to develop strong bonds with her patients while providing exceptional care and customer service. After the birth of her first child she decided to remain at home full time. Raising 4 kids ranging in age from 17 to 9, Nicole understands the importance of making every minute of the day count. She appreciates prompt service by professionals who complete their work when promised with exceptional quality.
